For your out of town guests that can't make it
The Remote Dial In feature allows guests to leave messages from their own phone, no matter where they are. They simply call the provided phone number, and enter the unique event code. They can then leave their message.
Remote Dial In can be configured with the same custom greeting used for the physical phone, and any messages will save immediately into the audio gallery.
